At Temple University, I worked on the UX team as a researcher and then assistant director on an integrated marketing and communications team. One of my main projects was to support a strategic web initiative, whose goal was to align all of the university’s existing web properties under an updated brand, and transition them to a more modern technology framework. This involved a wide range of content, development, design and UX work. The following are examples of projects I worked on in a UX, design and research capacity.
Undergraduate Admissions

This was a multi-year project, which I worked on first in a content writing and strategy role, then in UX research and design.
“Find your Major” Tool

I worked with a multi-disciplinary team and several vendors to design and launch a new search tool for one of Temple University’s schools.
School of Dentistry website

My team worked on a comprehensive update to the School of Dentistry website, including a section for dental patients of the school’s community clinic.
Wayfinding Research

As a researcher, I ran multiple studies looking into navigation patterns and problems across Temple University digital properties.
