I have a range of experience creating and optimizing websites and other digital experiences. My work includes aspects of research, design and content strategy. I’ve also been fortunate enough to collaborate with and learn from data analysts and scientists. I’ve grown to love the challenge of finding human insights and stories behind quantitative information. Here are some examples of my work.
Research and Design
Much of my work has been devoted to user research as well as third-party and audience research. I’ve also documented design systems and created visual artifacts to help align participants and stakeholders.
Information Architecture and Content Strategy
I started on the web content team, and have maintained an interest in information architecture and content design.
Data and Web Analytics
I’ve been lucky enough to work with data analysts and SEO partners on some exciting projects in data visualization and interpretation.
Case Studies
At Temple University, I worked on the UX team as a researcher and then assistant director on an integrated marketing and communications team. One of my main projects was to support a strategic web initiative, whose goal was to align all of the university’s existing web properties under an updated brand, and transition them to a more modern technology framework. This involved a wide range of content, development, design and UX work. The following are examples of projects I worked on.
